This Privacy Policy explains how Maiade Kalender OÜ (registry code 17568928) ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of pregnancycondition.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Site and purchase our reports.

We are based in Estonia and process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. What data we collect

We collect only the data needed to provide our service:

Account information — your email address, and your password or Google sign-in details if you create an account. Passwords are never stored by us in readable form; account authentication is managed securely by our authentication provider (Supabase).
Report information — a date you provide in order to generate your report (you may set this to your birth date or another date of interest), and the resulting report data associated with your account.
Payment information — when you make a purchase, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card details; we receive only confirmation of payment and limited transaction information needed to fulfil and account for your order.
Usage analytics — we collect basic, first-party information about how the Site is used (for example, which pages are visited and steps taken toward a purchase) to understand and improve the service. This data is stored in our own systems and is not sold or shared for advertising.
Communications — if you email us, we retain that correspondence in order to respond and keep a record of support requests.
Marketing preferences — if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or marketing emails, we record your email address and the fact that you opted in, so we can send those messages and honour your choice to unsubscribe.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not track your activity on other websites.

Providing your email address and a date is necessary to create an account and generate a report. Without this information we are unable to provide the service.

Where we rely on legitimate interest, those interests are: understanding and improving how the Site works, keeping the Site and your account secure, and responding to your messages. We balance these against your rights and only rely on this basis where it does not override them.

We do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Reports are produced by matching the date you provide to the corresponding content; this is content generation, not a decision made about you as an individual.

3. Cookies

We use only essential cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Site — primarily to keep you securely logged in. These do not require consent under EU law because they are required to deliver a service you have requested. We do not use tracking, profiling, or advertising cookies.

4. Marketing communications

We send newsletters and marketing emails only to people who have actively chosen to receive them. We rely on your consent for this, and we will not add you to our marketing list without your opt-in.

Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can withdraw your consent at any time — either using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us at hello@pregnancycondition.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect transactional messages we need to send about your account or purchases (such as your account confirmation or purchase receipt).

5. Who we share data with (processors)

We use a small number of trusted service providers ("processors") to operate the Site. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us:

Supabase — database and account authentication (hosted in the EU).
Stripe — payment processing.
Resend — sending transactional emails (such as account confirmation and purchase receipts).
Vercel — website hosting.
ElevenLabs — generating the audio version of reports.
Zone Media (zone.ee) — our domain and email mailbox provider, through which email correspondence with us is handled.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

6. International transfers

Your account and report data are hosted within the EU (via Supabase). Some of our other processors — such as Stripe, Vercel, Resend, and ElevenLabs — may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place to protect your data.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your account and report data for as long as you maintain an account with us, so that your purchased reports remain available to you. We keep transaction records for as long as required by accounting and tax law. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you;
request correction of inaccurate data;
request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
restrict or object to certain processing;
receive your data in a portable format;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@pregnancycondition.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or your local supervisory authority.

9. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and we work only with reputable processors who maintain their own security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take care to safeguard your information.

10. Children

The Site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, and the Site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
