These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pregnancycondition.com (the "Site") and your purchase of our reports. The Site is operated by Maiade Kalender OÜ (registry code 17568928) ("we", "us", "our"), based in Estonia. By using the Site or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide
We provide digital reports based on the Maya calendar tradition. Each report is generated from a date you provide and describes the patterns associated with that date. Reports are delivered to your account on the Site.
2. Nature of the reports (important)
Our reports are based on the Maya calendar tradition — a system of knowledge developed through centuries of observation.
Pregnancy Condition reports describe how the conditions surrounding conception and the nine months of gestation shape a person's nature. Extra Influences reports describe a different layer: the forces associated with the day a person was born, which act alongside — but are distinct from — the conception and gestation condition. Combined, these create complex patterns.
The reports offer patterns, variations, and reflections, but they are not exhaustive. How these patterns express themselves in a given person's life varies enormously depending on individual circumstances, and no report can capture every variation. The reports are intended as a starting point for your own reflection: the reader is expected to consider deeply how the described patterns do or do not manifest in their own life, and which influences are at work.
Applicability to birth circumstances. The reading reflects the day a baby initiates its own birth, which in the Maya calendar tradition carries meaning. It applies most directly to natural births and to Caesarean births where labour had begun or the baby initiated the process. For births that were scheduled in advance (such as a planned Caesarean) or that occurred significantly prematurely, the behavioural patterns described in the report still apply to a person born on that day — but the explanation the report gives for those patterns, which connects them to the conditions of conception and the atmosphere of pregnancy, is not relevant in these cases. Where a baby is born on a day it did not choose, the conditions experienced during conception and pregnancy are not connected to that day's patterns in the way the report describes. The reports are interpretive and reflective in nature. They are not medical, psychological, diagnostic, financial, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. You should not rely on a report as the basis for any medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other significant decision.
How reports are created. The knowledge our reports are based on is authored by us, drawn from the Maya calendar tradition. The report text is composed with the assistance of AI tools and is reviewed by a person to confirm it is accurate and consistent with that knowledge before it is published. Where reports include an audio version, the narration is generated using AI text-to-speech.
3. Accounts
To purchase and access reports you must create an account with a valid email address (or sign in with Google). You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that occurs under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information.
Reports are based on a date you provide and describe the patterns associated with that date according to the Maya calendar tradition. They are not a personalised profile of any specific named individual; a report reflects the calendar meaning of the date itself, which is shared by anyone connected to that date. You may generate reports for any date of interest — for example, your own, a child's, or a family member's.
4. Purchases and pricing
Reports are sold as one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The price of the main Pregnancy Condition report is €67. Prices for additional products are shown on the Site. All prices are in euros. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the prices shown. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
We may change our prices from time to time. Changes do not affect purchases you have already completed. If a price is displayed in obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
5. Delivery and your right of withdrawal
Reports are digital content delivered immediately after your payment is confirmed.
Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. However, this right does not apply to digital content that is supplied immediately, where you have given your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
At checkout you are asked to give this consent before purchasing. By confirming it and completing your purchase, you request immediate access to your report and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once the report has been generated.
6. Refunds
Because reports are personalised digital content delivered immediately, purchases are final once the report has been generated, and we do not offer refunds as a matter of right.
That said, we want you to be satisfied. If something has gone wrong — for example a technical problem prevented you from receiving or accessing your report — please contact us at hello@pregnancycondition.com and we will do our best to put it right, which may include providing access or, at our discretion, a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse service, withhold access, or decline future purchases in cases of misuse, fraud, or repeated chargebacks.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share the paid reports or their content;
- attempt to access the Site or other users' data without authorisation;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
8. Availability, account closure, and keeping your reports
We aim to keep the Site available and your purchased reports accessible in your account for as long as the Site operates, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or indefinite availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site. Report content may be refined and improved over time; where this happens, your purchased reports reflect the current, improved version at no extra charge. We will not remove your access to a report you have purchased for as long as the Site operates.
Because we cannot guarantee that your reports will be available forever, we strongly recommend that you download and save your own copy of each report after purchase, so that you keep it regardless of the future of the Site.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, or in cases of misuse, fraud, or repeated chargebacks.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or reliance on a report. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Changes apply to purchases and use of the Site after they take effect, and do not retroactively affect purchases you have already completed. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to make them noticeable.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a problem or complaint, please contact us first at hello@pregnancycondition.com — we will do our best to resolve it. If we cannot resolve it directly, you may be entitled to refer the matter to a consumer dispute resolution body in your country of residence (in Estonia, the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority).
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Estonia, again without affecting your mandatory consumer rights.
